American Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a martial arts training academy that focuses on the art of jiu jitsu. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our students to learn and grow. We believe that jiu jitsu can help individuals develop physical fitness, mental strength, and self-confidence.
OUR PROGRAMS
Our programs are designed to provide a comprehensive training experience for students of all levels. We currently offer:
Kids Jiu Jitsu
We offer fun and challenging Jiu Jitsu classes for kids ages 5-13. Our instructors focus on teaching fundamental jiu-jitsu techniques that not only help develop physical strength and agility but also build up confidence, respect, and discipline in young practitioners.
Adult Gi Jiu Jitsu
This class is for anyone age 14 and up! It's designed around the traditional Gi Jiu Jitsu (using a uniform) that emphasizes leverage, grips, and controlled movements. It's designed to set a universal foundation for all new & existing students to develop Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals.
Adult No-Gi Jiu Jitsu
This class is for anyone age 14 and up! No-Gi Jiu Jitsu (without a uniform) focuses on speed, agility, and positional dominance in a more dynamic, scramble-oriented environment. You'll systematically learn basic to advanced techniques and build your discipline, training, and camaraderie - the AJJA way.
